The hardware worshop comprises of cutting section, bending section, drilling section, aluminum forming, welding section and polishing section. To improve the production capacity, chenson applys  high level machine hands to assist the welding section.

Polishing is one of the most important parts in the frame making. Chenson arranges the most experienced workers to deal with it and double check each detail.

After polishing, the frames will be sent to the powder coating section. With the advanced podwer coating equipment, the frames will be coated in the needed colors and treatment efficiently.
